Great work at a reasonable price, the repair team arrived when expected, quickly found the problem, clearly explained the costs to repair, helped us review our options and gave us the info we needed to make an informed “buy new versus repair the existing appliances” decision. Once we decided to repair the washer & dryer, the work was completed quickly and thoroughly tested to make sure everything worked properly. The staff from Ralph’s Appliance Repair did a wonderful ( A+ ) job for us, we’re completely satisfied and couldn’t be happier. Ralph’s Appliance was super helpful. Ralph answered the phone and was friendly, down-to-earth and helpful! He sent a tech right over who diagnosed and fixed my problem in just under an hour, and the rates were super reasonable. A refreshing difference from what I have put up with previously from other appliance companies! Ralph’s is the best!

I had AC problems, called 2 other places, one wanted to replace the entire unit the other would try to repair but couldnt guarantee it would work but it would of been a costly gamble.My daughter knew one of the service technicans at Ralphs(Gavin) and he came out listened to us regarding the problem checked the unit and did the needed repairs and saved us a whole lot of money.I would highly recommend Ralphs for repairs A++++++ Service , Honesty, Integrity

Ralph is always very pleasant and friendly to work with. He always responds promptly and delivers on time. His shop is the best appliance repair shop I have ever worked with, I simply cannot recommend him highly enough.
